2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Absolutely incredible experience! It was one Wow moment after another from start to finish. We did the Lan Ha Bay cruise which is highly recommended as you actually get to see both Ha Long and Lan ha. It was quiet enough to enjoy with a few other boats around but very well spaced. The whole trip was very well organised and we felt so well looked after by all of the staff on board. Food was delicious and they make sure you don't ever go hungry, catering to all dietary requirements. The boat itself is beautiful, very well designed and spotlessly clean.
