Crib and extra bed policies
Under 5 years old: Free
5 – 10 years: 75% charge as adults if sharing bed with parent
Extra bed upon request: 100% charge as an adults
Apply for 1 kid per room. 2nd kid will be charged as an adults
Prices for cribs and extra beds aren’t included in the total price. They’ll have to be paid for separately during your stay.

1. Cancel by customer
– More than 7 days prior to arrival: complimentary
– 7 to 4 days before to arrival: 50% of the total rate.
– Less than 4 days before to arrival: full rate.
– No-show: 100 percent of total rate.

2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

All cabins feature private balconies and bathtubs, ensuring a comfortable and well-appointed stay. Oris also includes 1 rooftop sundeck, private terraces, a lounge, reception area, and a dining room with bar & restaurant.
Onboard facilities are completed with a Jacuzzi pool, spa with ocean view, tender boat service, and outdoor activities such as kayaks and bicycles.
