– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The staff was wonderful – very friendly and accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Halong Bay is stunning and this trip was able to capture so many beautiful landscapes and activities. The food was excellent and the rooms had cute balconies to take in the beautiful views.
