2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

We booked 1 night on Aurora Cruise. Everything was well organized, the food and drinks were nice, and the scenery is breathtaking. The only small thing, the schedule felt a bit packed especially in the afternoon, I would prefer a little more free time to chill on the deck. But overall very good service and we enjoyed the Taichi and squid fishing a lot.

I joined Aurora Cruise last week with my husband and it was beyond amazing. The staff were so friendly and caring from the start to the end. The room was clean and cozy with a nice balcony view of the bay. We loved the kayaking at Tra Bau area, very peaceful and quiet compared to other parts of Halong. Food was plenty and delicious, especially the spring rolls during the cooking class. Totally worth the money!
